School of Rock Lafayette’s Rock Camp is the biggest rock camp in the South, but not just because of the sheer numbers of kids who attend. Rather, it’s our one-of-a-kind, industry recognized format that makes our camp truly ‘big’. We don’t just put instructors with small groups and teach them simple song arrangements. At Rock Camp, we shoot to thrill. The young musicians who attend SOR Lafayette's Rock Camp get the singular experience of being in a rock orchestra. We’re talking super-groups of 20-30 kids on stage performing full arrangements of the greatest rock and pop songs ever written. Not to mention the standing-room-only audience of 700 screaming fans and over $100,000 worth of sound, light and video equipment. Whether you’re a camper or a fan, come ready to be amazed.

School of Rock Lafayette also hosts music camps for your Little Rockers! Our Rookies camp is a music exploration camp for little ones. Students will be exposed to rhythms, notes and songs with various instruments.Ear training, song structure, rhythm patterns and group playing are all part of this week-long introduction to music. In this camp, students will learn about all the different rock instruments and begin their introduction to music theory and music appreciation. This summer camp is designed for 5-7 year-old students. This five day camp runs 9am-12 Noon Monday - Friday with a performance at the end of the last day.
