When this project first began we could not believe the hundreds of local non profits that are listed in Acadiana. This tells us that at some point someone saw a need to help in a way that was much needed in our community. And we wanted to make helping even easier. This guide lists the top 50 (active) non profits who would more than love your families assistance whether through volunteering or donating. All the contact information is listed to find further information. This is a great way to teach the kids about helping out as well. A little bit of kindness goes a long way! #MKAOK
