Join us at CHB Lafayette for a special Mardi Gras storytime with Dixie Poché. She’ll be reading from her book Mardi Gras Moon, which follows Leloup on his adventure to recover the stolen Mardi Gras moon just in time for a fais-do-do filled with gumbo and zydeco music. Celebrate this festive story filled with references to the Acadians' culture, snack on moon pies, and decorate your own Mardi Gras Mask at 2 p.m. on March 1 after the Lafayette Children’s Mardi Gras parade!
