**Offer valid at participating Surge Entertainment locations on Monday – Friday from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM beginning on June 3 until August 30. Not valid for birthdays, other pre-booked events, and select holidays. Must be 15 or younger to qualify for free games of bowling. Bowling shoe rental fee required to participate.
