Celebrate and Play at the CMA! Hosting your child’s birthday party at the Children’s Museum of Acadiana is easy and affordable. We focus on the details so you can spend time with your family and friends in a hands-on, fun, and educational environment. Enjoy the festivities in a private room with a dedicated CMA party host to take care of all set-up, cake and beverage service and clean up. Celebrate and Play packages are available any day of the week with a variety of time slots. Hosting a birthday party at the CMA is truly a piece of cake!

Begin with 1 hour of museum play
• 45 minutes in private standard party room (12×14 room, fits up to 15 kids comfortably, most adults watch from viewing window located outside of room; see larger party room upgrade for more space)
• 45 minutes play after celebration
• 20 color party invitations
• Party host (to take care of everything!)
• Guests up to 15 children; 20 adults

Love this place. It’s so hard for my to find a birthday party for my toddlers. I always worry that crowded places with technical games will cost so much money and it will be hard to keep up with my toddlers In such busy places. But the children’s museum had me feeling comfortable and relaxed. My toddlers were busy for hours. And I was able to sit and watch them play freely in every setup. My birthday party host was great. We had a great time! So many things to do packed into one place. And free parking. My 3-yr-old's favorite was pretending to cook in the cafe, my 9-yr-old enjoyed broadcasting at the TV studio best, and I had the most fun at the bubble station. We'll be back! Jennifer K
My friend had her little girl's 2 yr bday party there. Hunter was our party host and he was great. Went above and beyond. The kiddos had a good time too. Especially with the bubbles.
