Hilliard Art Museum Summer Exhibition Opening

WHAT: The general public is invited to attend The Hilliard Art Museum’s Summer Exhibition Opening Reception scheduled for Friday, June. 9, 2023. The member’s reception is from 4-6 p.m., and the event is open to the general public from 6-8 p.m. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and live music while you explore the galleries. The Summer Exhibition showcases a celebration of female artistry as well as notable local, regional, and national artists.

In addition, Architect Kevin Gossen will be on hand to answer questions about The Hilliard Art Museum’s preservation of the iconic A. Hays Town building. The museum has raised 75% of its $1.5 million capital campaign goal to restore and renovate this historic Acadiana landmark.

Museum Hours, Admission & General Information

The Hilliard Art Museum is located at 710 E. Saint Mary Blvd. on the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Museum hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; closed Sunday and Monday. For general information, please visit or call 337-482-2278.
