Recently we had my daughter's 9th birthday party. She really wanted water fun and we aimed to make that happen. I think when you have a September birthday and everyone has already returned to school and all the extracurriculars the loss of those relaxing summer days kind of hits home. So requesting another day where it felt like summer was all my little girl wanted.
I immediately logged onto www.bouncingbuddies.com and found exactly what I needed. The 18ft. purple palms water slide was perfect! Having the pool at the bottom of the slide meant even the baby (1 yr old) could play for a while when the big kids were taking a break. In case you are not familiar with having a waterslide at a kids birthday party let me tell you. The kids DO NOT come inside. They DO NOT trash your house. Keep a cooler outside with drinks and some snacks and they are more than content for a few hours. We were able to take the cake outside and the presents. So for the most part clean-up was minimal once everyone went home.
