Let's talk a little more about actually sleeping on our Luuf mattress. It has been one full week of sleep and I can honestly say we have slept like rocks! My husband actually told me this morning he almost took a picture of me last night because I was sleeping so hard and the way I was positioned with my mouth wide open was hilarious. Of course, I have no recollection of this.
What I do know is I wake up in the same position I fall asleep in. Tossing and turning is a thing of the past! We have not been achy or uncomfortable in any way while sleeping and my husband has had zero back pain. That also goes for being awake in bed. Meaning we settle in every night after putting the kids down and watch at least an hour of television together. Hanging out in bed is as comfortable as sleeping in bed. The kids still think their parents' bed is the most magical and comfortable place in the world. Do you remember that feeling of being a kid and snuggling in your parents' bed and thinking, "Man they have the best bed in the world." Well, the kids still think that!
I also want to mention that I absolutely love the fact that the mattress itself is blue. This can be a big deal for parents. Most mattresses are white or beige and therefore stains can show. I remember moving the mattress in our last house with the help of friends and feeling silly having to explain the spot on the mattress was chocolate milk from one of the kids. Had the mattress been blue, no one would have ever noticed that!
Our bed is a safe place in our home. A place where not only sleep happens but quality time and memories are made. We fold laundry on the bed, read bedtime stories, watch movies, snack (we realize not everyone does that, lol), play on our tablets, call family, the list could go on and on.
