SoLa Gymnastics and Ninja is conveniently located in Broussard right off of Highway 90 near Elevation Station and St. Julien Park. We are the only gym in Broussard that offers all Olympic Artistic Gymnastics Apparatus. Our classes start at ages "walking" and go all the way to ADULT! Classes are for both boys and girls of all ability levels from true beginners to regional and national competitive teams. We also offer monthly Parents Nights Out and Birthday Parties on the weekends!
Parent and Tot: For ages "walking"-3yrs, our Parent and Tot class provide a great way 
to spend time with your little one while developing coordination, agility, flexibility, and basic gymnastics skills. Allow your child to explore the gym and learn the basics of listening to directions and following directions. This class is all about fun but there is always something new to learn!
Preschool Gymnastics: For boys and girls ages 3 to 4. Our pre-school classes are an introduction to the Olympic events: Floor, Bars, Rings, Vault, Trampoline, Beam and Parallel Bars, all on equipment made just for them! Our pre-school classes will give your kids a chance to monkey around while learning listening skills, how to follow directions, and motor development. These classes are designed to progress to the Beginner Recreation Class. There are weekly class themes to promote fun and focused skill development. We have a brand new area of our gym devoted solely to our Preschoolers!
Recreational Gymnastics: Our Evening Recreational classes are for both boys and girls in Kindergarten and older. The classes are non-competitive with a focus on fun, development, body awareness, learning basic gymnastics skills, health, and did we mention fun! Classes are separated into age groups and ability levels.
Tumbling: Our Tumbling class focuses on developing the initial coordination and strength required to support the human body on its hands and shift weight in the air. Students will be developing strong handstands, proper body control for cartwheels, and the necessary flexibility in their shoulders to properly perform tumbling skills
Mini-Monkeys Ages 3-4yrs - Perfect for PRESCHOOLERS! The class curriculum is geared to childhood development, using positive reinforcement for kids who are LEARNING how to LEARN. We use colorful Animal badges to encourage growth in areas like CARING and THINKING.
Of course, we still want them to be little monkeys! They will swing and roll and balance, train locomotor skills and practice coordination. Then, at the end, it's time for THE GAME!
Ninja Monkey - Swing like a Monkey! Flip like a Ninja! Boys and Girls ages 3 and up will learn speed, agility, coordination, balance, character, cooperation, team building, and how to SAFELY have fun! Kids will earn Character and Skill badges on the quest to become a MASTER NINJA!
Adult Gymnastics -Tired of the normal gym? Come join us for our Adult Gymnastics Class! Open to all skill levels from "never done this before" to "former gymnast." You will be having so much fun you will forget you are working out!
Art Classes at SoLa Gymnastics - We will offer 9-week sessions of art classes at the gym. Ages 3-12 are welcome. 2021-2022 School Year Schedule coming soon!
Competitive Team - SoLa Gymnastics is a member of USA Gymnastics and we have boys and girls competitive teams. We travel locally, regionaly, and nationally competing at all levels of USA Gymnastics. We pride ourselves in providing quality instruction in a positive atmosphere.
