Chris Ardoin joins us as a first-time Downtown Alive! performer, kicking off the Fall 2021 Season. After finding regional teenage fame in the ’90s as an accordionist in new zydeco group Double Clutchin’, third-generation Louisiana music scion Chris Ardoin upped the ante with “Put n’ Work,” “Stallion,” and other foot-stomping zydeco/R&B/rap fusions.

With a full discography that’s a melting pot of bluesy soul, gospel, rock, and hip-hop, Cupid has a portfolio that impresses and is sure to get viewers on their feet.
