Daily Discoveries
DISCOVER SOMETHING NEW!
“Daily Discoveries” is a jam-packed ten-week summer program providing children who are out of school a different STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) activity to engage in during their weekday visit Tuesday through Friday.
From June 8 st to August 6th, 2021, children who visit the CMA during the 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM Session will be encouraged to participate in a hands-on STEAM activity that extends, enhances, and enriches their knowledge and sparks an interest in STEAM concepts.
Activities are designed for children ages Pre-K to 10 and are included with paid admission of $7 per person. Created by CMA educators and produced by trained Museum docents to build in children foundational S.T.E.A.M skills and expose them to technical avenues they can pursue as careers or hobbies.
Please note * All activities are subject to change with or without notice*
DAILY DISCOVERIES are available every Tuesday – Fridays from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm, please purchase tickets by timed session!

S.T.E.A.M. Learning gives your children a productive and fun way to enjoy summer while still learning… SIX WEEKS of a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of fun!
The founding principle of the CMA is that children “Learn by doing”. CMA’s summer camp curriculum teaches STEAM subjects (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) through fun and exciting experiences for your child every day! Each of the six weeks offers a mixture of activities so campers will have the chance to dive into fun new activities every day. Daily schedules incorporate time for independent exploration and discovery. Camp CMA will venture outdoors as often as possible not only for fresh air but for a chance to get a little messy with art and science and Harmony Park fun. The majority of our typical camp programming will be done as usual with increased sanitation and proper precautions. Activities will take place outside wherever and whenever possible.
