Mums and Bubs Pilates Class, Come join me, Annie Price and my baby Bee for a Mums and Bubs Movement Class. I am a mom of 8 month baby Bee, and want to bring some safe baby wearing movements to other moms. We will focus on movements to open up and stretch out our bodies in a relaxed setting. In addition to openings and strengthening movements, this is a great time for us to connect as moms and just say hi, I see you. Big feelings are welcome! I repeat️Big feelings are welcome. Personally my little girl is really exploring her vocal cords so if this connects with you, hop aboard and meet me and other moms for a 40 min Mums and Bubs Pilates Class️
