Teacher Appreciation Gift Ideas

By Lindsey Tripp - Macaroni Kid Content Contributor April 26, 2018

Once a year, we try to recognize our teachers for all the hard work they put in while teaching and protecting our babies.  Well that time of the year is approaching.  The week of May 7th is Teacher Appreciation Week.   This year, we have taken a poll of gift ideas to help us parents find a great gift to show our thanks.  Of course, top of the list was gift cards.  Most teachers buy supplies for their classrooms so every little bit helps.   Here is our list to help you out:

  • Gift cards (Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Starbucks, Target, Dollar Tree)
  • Candy jar full of goodies
  • Bath products (Bath bombs, Dr. Teals, Lotions)
  • Scent products (candles, perfumes, car scents)
  • Classroom supplies
  • Personalized gifts (gifts with initials, paintings)
  • Jewelry (nothing fancy, just something to remind them of your child)
  • Plants or flowers
  • Homemade gifts from your children
