Welcome to Camp STEAMOLOGY, presented by the Children’s Museum of Acadiana. Powered by STEAM and fueled for fun, our Summer Camp is a dynamic program designed to ignite young minds’ curiosity and camaraderie.
Geared for ages 6 to 10, our campers delve into Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) subjects with the intention of fostering genuine understanding.
Camp Schedule: Open from 9 am to 4 pm, with early drop-off options starting at 8:30 am.
•9:00 am – 9:45 am – Exhibit Exploration
• 10:00 am – 11:30 am – Workshops and Activities
• 11:30 am – 12:30 pm – Lunch and Outdoor Play
• 12:45 am – 3:00 pm – Workshops and Activities
• 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Exhibit Exploration/ Pick-up
(For added convenience, after-camp care is available until 5:30 pm at $15 per day. Advanced notice is required.)

• Wednesday – Engineering
• Thursday – Art and Math
• Friday – Innovator Session (Includes showcase of weekly projects, Ice Cream Sundaes and a walking field trip to Parc San Souci’s Downtown Playground.)
What to Bring: Campers only need to bring their lunch; we’ve covered the rest! CMA provides afternoon snacks and unlimited water to keep the energy flowing. Campers will also receive a water bottle, tote and notebook - all included in camp fees.
