Moncus Park will once again transform into a holiday wonderland as Christmas in the Park, presented by First Horizon Bank, returns for three magical nights on Friday, December 12 through Sunday, December 14. This beloved Acadiana tradition welcomes families of all ages to experience festive lights, live entertainment, snow sledding, Santa visits, holiday treats, and more.
Each evening, guests can enjoy free family programming, live music, festive food trucks, and special activities throughout the park. Christmas in the Park is also one of Moncus Park’s largest annual fundraisers, supporting year-round operations, maintenance, safety, and environmental care of the 100-acre nonprofit greenspace.
“Christmas in the Park is a celebration of community,” said JP MacFadyen, Executive Director of Moncus Park. “Seeing families and friends come together, year after year, reminds us why this park exists. This event is made possible by the people who love this space and the partners who believe in what it brings to Acadiana.”
