The big week has arrived, and all roads lead to family fun as we count down to Mardi Gras Day this Tuesday, February 17. With beautiful weather ahead and Lafayette’s reputation for some of the most family-friendly parades around, there’s truly no better place to celebrate.
Whether you’re staking out your favorite parade spot, dancing in the streets, or chasing beads with your kids, we hope you take time to soak in every magical moment. Please remember to stay safe, keep little ones close near the routes, and look out for one another as we celebrate together.
And of course… it wouldn’t be Mardi Gras without king cake. Find the baby, claim your crown, and yes — absolutely go back for another slice (or two 😉).
