The Cuisinart Elemental 11 Food Processor is extremely easy to use and makes prep work super fast. Once I had mine I could not wait to start chopping, shredding, slicing, and mixing. The manual laid out the workings and directions promptly and I had the whole thing set up in 5 minutes or less. This machine is the ultimate time saver!
